These terms apply to your use of Steve. By creating an account you agree to them. Steve is made and run by Stonetab.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for what is done in it, and for having the right to connect the ad accounts, stores and tools you connect.
The service
Steve makes recommendations and, within the settings you choose, changes to your ad accounts. Recommendations and estimates are not guarantees of results. You remain responsible for your ad accounts, your spend and the changes you approve or allow.
The fee
$249 a month, plus 4% of managed spend up to $50,000, 2% from $50,000 to $500,000 and 1% above. First month: no base fee, only the share of spend. Fees may change with notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Steve to break the law or the ad networks' rules, or to access anyone else's data.
Liability
Steve is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Stonetab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or ad spend, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Ending and changes
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We may update these terms; continuing to use Steve after an update means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada applicable there. Questions go to [email protected].
