Steve is made and run by Stonetab. This page says what Steve collects, why, and how to have it deleted.

What Steve collects

Your account details (your email address and business name), and the data from the ad accounts, stores and tools you choose to connect, such as campaigns, spend, results and order totals.

Why

Only to provide Steve to you: to show your figures, make recommendations, and make the changes you allow in your ad accounts. Your data is not sold.

Google user data

Steve's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who processes it

Service providers that host Steve, send its emails, take payments and provide the AI processing behind its recommendations, each only as needed to run Steve. The networks and tools you connect receive what Steve sends them on your behalf.

How long it is kept

While your account is open. Disconnecting a network ends Steve's access to it. Deleting your account deletes your data, including from backups in the normal course.

Cookies

Steve uses the cookies needed to sign you in and run the service.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect any network under Connections, or delete your account under Account. Deleting your data explains each way, including for Facebook. For any request about your data, write to [email protected].
