How it works.

  1. The sample account's Meta, Google Ads and TikTok accounts on the Connections screen.
  2. Home in the sample account: return on ad spend over the target, with the chart of the last four weeks.
  3. The three levels of how much Steve does on his own, in the sample account's settings.
  4. Results in the sample account: the saving, with each change marked on the chart.

Every suggestion shows its work.

Pause Founder story on Meta

Cost per first-time buyer

Founder story$121.63 per first-time buyer
The ads beside it$31.29 per first-time buyer

More than 99% sure. Last 14 days. $8,149 spent on this ad for 67 first-time buyers; the other ads had 519 first-time buyers. It is the only ad running in its ad set, Lookalike of subscribers, so it is compared with the campaign's other ads on Meta, which reach other audiences.Last 14 days.

Estimate. At $67.94 each, what the next one costs in New customers, above the $31.29 the other ads averaged, the same $8,149 would have bought about 53 more first-time buyers: 120 in all, against the 67 it bought.About 53 more first for the same money.

You decide how much Steve does.

Start with Steve asking every time. Hand over more when you trust him, and take it back in one tap.

He never raises your spend on his own unless you let him, and then only up to your monthly budget.

Of the 3 decisions waiting in the sample account, Steve would do none on his own.

Read the way a buyer of each network reads it.

Steve goes past spend and results on Meta, Google and TikTok. What he finds becomes a decision that goes through the same approvals, limits and Undo as every other.

Questions

Can Steve spend my money without asking?

No. Every account starts at "Steve asks every time": nothing changes until you approve it. When you are ready, you can let him do more under Control, up to making every change he is sure of inside a monthly amount you set. Whatever the level, on his own he never acts on an early signal, never pauses a whole campaign and never raises your spend, unless you let him raise it up to your monthly budget.

Whose numbers does Steve trust?

Your store's. Each ad network counts every order it thinks it touched, so their totals overlap and run high. Steve decides on the orders the store recorded and shows each network's claim beside them. The sample account does this with a sample store.

Which networks does Steve work with?

Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, each in depth, and Amazon Ads as well. Orders can come from Shopify, Stripe, WooCommerce, HubSpot or an Amazon store. Decisions and the weekly recap can go to Slack or Microsoft Teams today: you paste an address from either one. The sample account shows every network working with sample figures.

Does Steve make the ads?

No. You bring your images, videos and copy. Steve works out which ones are earning their budget, and lines up a fresh one to test when an ad starts to fade.

How do I know a suggestion is right?

Each one shows the numbers behind it, how many days and orders it rests on, and how sure Steve is. Open How Steve decided to see what he saw and what he weighed. A thin signal is labelled as an early signal, and estimates come with a range.

How do I know Steve is worth it?

Every change is measured: the 14 days before against up to 14 after, with what it was worth as a likely range. If a change did nothing, Results says so. To find out whether a network brings orders you would not have had anyway, Steve can run a lift test that holds it back in a few regions. The weekly recap puts what the changes saved beside the fee.

What does it cost?

$249 a month, plus 4% of managed spend up to $50,000, 2% from $50,000 to $500,000 and 1% above. First month: no base fee, only the share of spend. Nothing on past spend, and nothing on campaigns you only watch. Stopping Steve holds his changes, not his fee. Card payments are not switched on yet, so nothing is charged today.

Do I have to give Steve every campaign?

No. Start with one campaign, or several, or all of them, and change it any day. Campaigns you only watch keep their figures in Steve; he makes no decisions about them and they are not billed.

Every decision, figure and control works in the sample. Nothing touches a real ad.
